What does the licence cover?

The Patents & Research module with the Academy knowledge base, 1 seat included; each additional seat €49/month. You choose monthly or yearly payment; the licence continues until you cancel at the end of the term – directly from your account.

How is AI usage billed?

On top of the package price, based on actual usage, transparent per call, via a euro credit balance of your account. The balance never expires, can be topped up with any amount you choose (from €5) and refilled automatically if you wish. €50 is included on booking, €150 on the yearly plan. The balance belongs to the account, not to a seat – additional seats do not create new credit. For orientation: a complete design-around analysis costs about €5.

What does the free trial include?

14 days of Patents & Research including the Academy with €20 AI credit and 10 seats: you start as admin and invite up to 9 colleagues. The trial credit applies to the account, not per seat – top it up yourself for extensive tests, a higher trial credit for teams on request. No payment details, the trial simply ends. Your data and any remaining credit are kept and remain available after booking.

How do additional users join?

You add seats yourself in your account – €49/month per seat (€490/year), prorated from the day of the change; fewer seats take effect at the next billing period. A seat is a named user you can invite, revoke and reassign. From 10 seats we prepare a quote (SSO, data processing agreement, payment by invoice).

Monthly or yearly?

€149 per month or €1,490 per year for one seat – the yearly plan equals 10 monthly payments, also for each additional seat (€49 or €490). Both can be cancelled at the end of the respective term.

Are prices net of VAT?

Yes. All prices are net of statutory VAT; the offer is aimed at businesses. The tax treatment for your country is shown in the booking step in your account.

What applies to Product development, Strategy and Complete?

The three packages have fixed list prices with three seats included (see the cards) but are not yet self-bookable. We activate trial and booking manually on request – at the list price. Patents & Research is included in all three.
